Our Current Policy
We are a small, independent jewellery brand at the beginning of our journey — and every piece that leaves our hands is crafted and quality-checked with the utmost attention before it reaches yours.
At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on purchased items.
We know that is a big ask of your trust — and we do not take it lightly. Which is why we put everything we have into making sure what you receive is exactly what you fell in love with.

We want you to feel completely confident before you buy. Please:

Received a Damaged Piece?
We understand accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective.
Exchange is available only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• An unboxing video and clear photos are required.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
Products showing signs of use or missing tags will not qualify for exchange.
We will do everything we can to make it right for you.
